🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order:

Standard Delivery: approx. 4 working days
Express Delivery: approx. 3 working days
Priority Delivery: approx. 2 working days

Note: Deliveries to remote or non-mainland areas may take slightly longer.

Orders up to 25kg:

Shipped via standard courier
Carefully packed for safety and presentation
Option to choose a delivery date at checkout (if available)

Orders over 25kg:

Delivered via courier or pallet service
May require an accessible unloading area
Scheduled delivery may be arranged

📅 Delivery Terms

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day; orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day

⚠️ Additional Information

Remote Areas: May incur extra delivery charges
Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may apply
Damaged Items: Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery along with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly
